At South Paddocks we only sell meat that we have produced, reared and finished ourselves. That way we know that the animals have had the best care and life possible and been reared to the highest standards from its breeding to what paddock it has grazed in. We have had amazing feed back from our goat sausages. We offer standard sausage size in packs of 6 and our chipolatas in packs of 12s and come in choice of flavours:

LEG JOINTS & SHOULDER
Not All Goat needs to be in a sauce or cooked for hours. Although low and slow will aid flavour to any cut of meat, this is not necessary you can treat our joint cuts of goats as you would lamb they have been reared till the age of 7-11 months so are wonderfully lean but still packed with all that natural forage flavour!
We currently offer half legs, whole legs and shoulder joints.
